Alvarado Minerals LLC is a privately held, independent oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas. The company is owned and managed by its President, Robert Lynd, a third generation oil and gas professional.   Founded in 2013 and named after the prolific “Alvarado Field” in Starr County, Texas, Alvarado Minerals LLC was originally formed to pursue minerals and royalties opportunities throughout the Gulf Coast region.  The company has since expanded its focus to include operated and non-operated working interest throughout Texas.  Alvarado Minerals LLC is the Managing Member of its operating company affiliate, Alvarado 2014 LLC.

 

Alvarado 2014 LLC owns working interests in the Anadarko Basin, Midland Basin and South Texas.  In the Anadarko Basin, we operate producing locations in Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, McClain, Major and Woods Counties of Oklahoma with a focus on the horizontal development of its SCOOP/STACK and Hoxbar (SOHOT) leasehold.  In South Texas, we operate and are developing an Eagle Ford shale leasehold position in Atascosa County.
